Biographies - CELENIA SÁNCHEZ (singers)

- Celenia Sánchez was born under the sign of aquarius in Valencia, Venezuela on January 23. From early childhood she showed a genuine tendency towards different arts facets. Taking painting, guitar, piano and vocal lessons. Her talent as a singer and performer are clearly evident as she is preceded of a vast experience in the music domain.
Backup singer for Elvis Crespo has also participated in projects for Sábado Gigante, Olga Tañón, Alejandro Sanz, Charlie Sepúlveda, Andy Montañéz, Dyango, Marta Sánchez, Furito Ríos, Los Alegres de Borinquen, Wilkins and Rosario, among others.
Celenia keeps performing as head of her own band, playing the most diverse music genres in different languages. She performs in hotels, cruise lines and other stages in Puerto Rico where she resides.
Today she continues to study vocal lessons with renowned professor Rina de Toledo.
Celenia has recorded two past cds as a solo artist (pictures shown below) And is now working on a new project that consists of ten songs.
